Bacon Vodka II
I’m doing it. I’m not just passing on the info, I am making bacon vodka to try and review right here.
I followed these directions, but used 4 bacon strips instead of 3 and opted in on the cracked peppercorn suggestion. I had no idea what vodka to use, so I headed out to BevMo and searched for one with a description of a “clean” taste.
I came home with Svedka. Time will tell if this was a good choice. I generally drink gin rather than vodka so I was pretty much guessing.
3 weeks. Can you stand it? It is hidden away for its 3 week incubation.
